Wood County FEMA Storm Shelter

The FEMA P-361 Safe Room is a 52’x48’ new building that is located next to an existing open pavilion. The safe room includes a gathering area, a kitchen, two restrooms, a storage room, a utility room and generator room. When the safe room is not in use for emergencies, it will be used as an event space and gathering area.

ICF exterior walls and a concrete/EPDM roof. FEMA approved windows & doors are required on the exterior walls.

The interior walls are standard wood construction.
