Project Details: Altmann Construction was hired as a Construction Manager, working with the owners architect from early pre-construction through final completion of the project. We constructed a new church with a steep vaulted worship space, full service warming kitchen, lounge area, and classroom / day-care facilities with indoor playground.

Our project team undertook creative efforts to value engineer this facility, without jeopardizing the architectural integrity. This project also had a unique design element, where reclaimed barn timbers were salvaged and re-used as structural members for a large portion of the building.  Many unique design elements were introduced to this project from polished concrete floors, decorative lighting, exposed plywood finishes, and much more, creating a one of kind space!
